Shipping Rates & Delivery

June & Co. store ships all orders from Melbourne, Australia, tracking numbers will be provided via email after the parcel has been sent out. All orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 working days of payment clearance. All purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

* Please note we are currently experiencing significant postage delays in Victoria due to the Covid-19.

Australia Orders

-Free Australia Post Standard Delivery for all orders over $49.00 AUD (3-10 working days) or

-Australia Standard Delivery: 3-10 working days (Flat rate $4.95 AUD) or

-Australia Express Delivery-1-3 working days (Flat rate $9.95 AUD)

Note

-Working days are from Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays. 

-Delivery to rural areas can take  4-6 working days from dispatch date. 

International Orders

Expect to receive your item in 7-21 working days once posted.  You can track your order via Australia Post Tracking or Sendle Tracking.

-Free standard shipping with tracking via International Pack and Track for all orders over $120 AUD

-$12.95 AUD standard shipping with tracking via International Pack and Track

June & Co. is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Please understand some delays may be experienced due to public holidays and customs clearance. Additionally, June & Co. is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself. 

    We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.

    Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. 

    Pre-Order

    Please allow 7-14 working days for pre-order items to arrive in stock. *Please note pre-ordered items are considered sold and cannot be cancelled as we will reserve the item for you. Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your orders.

     

    Returns & Changes

    We will take care to inspect and ensure all orders are in perfect conditions. . 

    Returned items must be eligible for return, and will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please ensure that all items are returned new, unused, and with all original packaging.

    Please contact June & Co. via email within 7 days of receiving the items and return your shipment within 7 days after return approval. Please note you will need to provide your order number and the item name via email to contact@juneco.com.au

    1. Email contact@juneco.com.au to request your Return within 7 days of receiving your order.
    2. Include in the email your customer order number, photo attachments which clearly identify the product fault and a description of the fault.
    3. Your return request will be assessed to determine if it is within our return policy and if it is repairable or if a replacement is necessary. 
    4. Once your return is received, we will notify you by email and process your replacement as soon as we can.

    Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Refund will be made after we receive and check with the returning items. Only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery. We recommend using Registered Australia Post Express or Registered International Post with insurance to return items.

    Return Conditions

    *Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.

    • Items returned without prior notification and original packaging will not be accepted.
    • Our items go through a process of quality control checks. Even then, it can still happen that you receive a damaged item due to transportation.
    • We do not offer refund on sales items, promotions and products purchased using discount codes.
    • Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in their original condition, suitable for resale (i.e. used or damaged), will not be refunded and sent back to you.
    • Returns that do not meet our policy requirements or are not eligible for re-sale will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
    • We not accept exchanges. Customers must follow the return process (stated above) for any unwanted products, and will need to place a new order for their desired product.
    • If your jewellery arrives in a damaged condition, you must notify us within 48 hours. Contact contact@juneco.com.au with a photo of the faulty item. If we find any imperfection that was not mentioned, the items will not be able to give a refund
    • We also do not accept any returns for tarnished metal that has occurred due to wear or that has come into contact with chemicals of any kind, this includes perfume, moisturisers, hair products and skin care. Please ensure you clean your jewellery with a polishing cloth after each wear to avoid any tarnishing.
