Do you ship to my country?

Most likely yes, we provide worldwide shipping. You can proceed to the checkout and our system will let you know. And we ship orders Monday-Friday, except Australia public holidays.

How long does shipping take?

It usually takes 2-3 working days for us to prepare your order and 3-10 working days to be delivered to you depending on your chosen shipping option. Your order will be delivered by Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers.

Australia Orders

-Australia standard post: 3-10 working days

-Australia express delivery-1-3 working days

International Orders

Express shipping can be added to your order at checkout for a shorter delivery period. Expect to receive your item in 7-21 working days once posted.  You can track your order via Australia Post Tracking.

Note: Working days are from Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays. 

Can I track my order?

We send from Melbourne, Victoria, tracking numbers will be provided via email after the parcel has been sent out.

* Please note we are currently experiencing significant postage delays to Victoria due to the Covid-19 stage four restrictions on AusPost operations.

What do I do if I entered wrong address?

Email us (contact@juneco.com.au) immediately with the following details:

- Your Name

- Your Order Number

- Correct/New address

Please note once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make amendments to product, customer or delivery details. Please email us (contact@juneco.com.au) immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet. Usually you can search and change your shipping details on Australia Post website by entering your tracking number.

My item is lost during transit, what do I do?

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please contact the delivery immediately by providing your tracking number.

How to make a return?

Returned items must be eligible for return, and will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please ensure that all items are returned new, unused, and with all original packaging.

Please contact June & Co. (contact@juneco.com.au) via email within 7 days of receiving the items and return your shipment within 7 days after return approval. 

  1. contact@juneco.com.au to request your Return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include in the email your customer order number, photo attachments which clearly identify the product fault and a description of the fault.

  3. Your return request will be assessed to determine if it is within our return policy and if it is repairable or if a replacement is necessary. 

  4. Once your return is received, we will notify you by email and process your replacement as soon as we can.

Other things you should know:

-Regarding to bank fee, please note, your bank might add additional fees for cross border payments. June & Co. store does not compensate for these charges. Please check with your bank for more information.

-We don't take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit.

- Please note June & Co. store is not responsible for any additional charges associated with international customs & taxes.
